Pastor Chad grew up in Nashville, Ga. In 1992 he married the love of his life, Nira. Together they have two amazing kids, Zach and Emily. They also have three dogs. In their spare time, they love spending time together, taking cruises and shopping at thrift stores. Pastor Chad began serving the amazing people of Cartecay Baptist in 2018. Pastor Chad loves to make people laugh with "just one more story!"

Secretary
Kathy is originally from Orange Park, Florida and moved to Ellijay in 2015. She became a member at Cartecay Baptist in 2018 and secretary to Pastor Chad in 2021. She lives with her sister and little pup Nugget. She enjoys travelling, going to thrift stores and is always ready to go out to eat with family and friends.
